Manager - Health & Safety Performance & Reporting (SPA148)

Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for the position of Manager - Health & Safety Performance & Reporting. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the health and safety performance reporting framework across all operations. Your efforts will ensure that our health and safety programs not only meet compliance standards but also drive continuous improvement within the organization.

As the manager, you will work closely with various departments to compile, analyze, and report H&S data, providing insights that will help shape strategic decision-making and foster a culture of proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the health and safety performance reporting framework, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of H&S metrics
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's safety goals and objectives
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on health and safety performance for management, highlighting achievements, trends, and areas of concern
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety programs, providing recommendations for improvements
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance understanding of health and safety performance indicators and reporting processes among staff
• Engage with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with health and safety laws and standards
• Assist in the development of safety initiatives and action plans aimed at reducing incidents and promoting a safety-first workplace culture
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in health and safety performance reporting
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in health and safety performance management and reporting within a large organization
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing performance reporting frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Proficient in using HSE management software and reporting tools
• Strong project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Certifications in health and safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) are highly desirable
