Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies
• Ensure adherence to legal and fiscal regulations as well as internal governance standards
• Oversee governance training and promote awareness across the organization
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of governance processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation in governance practices
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and present findings on governance performance
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Law, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in governance, risk management, or compliance
• Proven track record of developing governance frameworks and conducting compliance audits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable recommendations
