We are looking for a dynamic Manager - Design to oversee and elevate our design initiatives across various projects. This role will be critical in creating remarkable spaces that will set new standards in the industry.

- Lead the design development process from concept through to completion, ensuring projects align with the company's strategic vision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and stakeholders to create integrated design solutions
- Review and approve design documents, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient workflow and effective problem resolution
- Conduct design workshops and presentations to gather input and align stakeholders on design direction
- Stay abreast of design trends and innovations to inspire and drive creative strategies
- Enhance team performance by providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers and staff
- Engage with vendors and contractors to ensure design integrity and quality are maintained throughout the construction process
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in design management, particularly in large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of sustainable design principles and practices is an advantage
