At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager - Commercial and Reporting to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial reporting functions and delivering strategic insights that drive our projects forward.

Your expertise in financial management and commercial analysis will ensure that our business operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the commercial reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights to senior management
• Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports, analyzing variances, and providing actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive data collection and reporting on commercial activities
• Develop and implement commercial performance metrics to track project success and identify areas for improvement
• Lead a team of analysts to strengthen reporting capabilities and foster a culture of continuous performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standards, including financial regulations
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding commercial insights and reporting requirements
• Support strategic decision-making by providing analysis and recommendations based on financial data and commercial trends
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
