The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Architect to join our team on a 6-month contract in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving change and innovation within organizations. As a Transformation Architect, you will play a crucial role in assessing and implementing transformation initiatives that enhance business performance

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct complex problem-solving to address challenges and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in transformation or change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing and implementing assessment frameworks.
