This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation and impactful asset development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of asset strategy plans that align with Qiddiya's overall objectives and vision
- Conduct thorough market research and asset performance analysis to identify enhancement opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with various teams including Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective execution of asset strategies
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance, trends, and improvement recommendations
- Engage with external partners and industry stakeholders to gather insights and promote Qiddiya's asset initiatives
- Support the management and administration of contracts with asset operators and service providers
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and contribute to the development of innovative asset management solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management or strategic planning, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software tools
