Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Finance Business Processes (OTC, PTP, RTR) to be enabled by ERP (SAP / Oracle)

  • Design the Chart of Account

  • Design Controlling model, identifying key reporting dimensions

  • Design Read, reconcile the Financial Statement (P&L, BS and Cash flow)

  • Draft Key design decision documents

  • Review the Finance Delegation of Authority in alignment with the new processes

  • Identify key impacts on the Operating model

  • Support in the drafting of client proposal

  • Support in the preparation of Status Report

  • Support the preparation of the Value case for Finance Transformation

What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting

  • Deep level of knowledge of business processes in the F&A, and how those processes are enabled by the ERP

  • Good functional knowledge of the key features of the major ERP (SAP/ Oracle) and hands on experience (functional expertise)

  • Good expertise in process digitization (RPA, ML, process mining), with experience on the ground with some of the cutting edge tool

  • Experience in delivering – as team member – Finance transformation projects where ERP implementation and process automation are key enablers (process design, Functional specs, user support)

  • Ability and willingness in interacting across the Service Groups (e.g. Technology for system implementation)

  • Expertise in financial consolidation (statutory reporting)

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with high commitment to quality client service

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the capacity to interact autonomously with the Client middle management

  • Strong expertise in MS Office – particularly MS Power Point and MS Excel

  • Experience in drafting proposal and support the preparation of C Level deck

  • Arabic speaking is must
