Leading assessment & design of the Shared Services Target Operating Model, detailed Governance and Interaction Model, preparation to Transition, baselining across various sites, and business case development for the proposed org structure

Assess how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction

Perform Shared Service feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects and propose Transformation Roadmaps

Implement performance and continuous improvement measures

Manage the change impact assessment that transitioned for various business units

Significantly contribute to the sales pipeline and to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals

10+ years of combined finance and strategic consulting experience

Bachelor’s degree
