Job Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors. Also, assist with general office administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Approve and Revise mobilization requests received from clients.
• Record Operations date and time for invoicing process.
• Log daily Field Tickets that were received from the WSS into client System.
• Submit all tickets at the end of the job to Finance Team to start with Invoicing
• process.
• Record the Monthly and Weekly consumption and send it to client in a weekly basis.
• Keep track of all invoices and to be reviewed in a monthly basis.

• Proficient typing skills and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• University Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Administration with years of related experience.
