This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Maintenance Technician in KSA with Signify.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Maintenance Technician in our KSA factory with Signify.

Your main responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, systems, and the overall facility.

Other Key Responsibilities Are

  • Optimization of the maintenance process as well as focused improvements of the equipment
  • Plan, and/or co-ordinate maintenance projects related to the improvement of the production capacity, quality and/or efficiency.
  • Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Troubleshooting of the (most) complex and/or repetitive equipment problems
  • Maintain and improve line performance wrt planned and unplanned downtime
  • Solving complex electrical or mechanical breakdowns on equipment/production
  • Responsible for maintenance costs, reporting maintenance indicators
  • Responsible for keeping maintenance and machines documentation up to date
  • Monitors production equipment, so it functions according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) procedures and
  • Legislation, to prevent accidents, physical harm and environmental damage
  • Participate and/or lead improvement projects, coordinates 3rd party service providers

  • Mechanical and Electrical skills incl machine safety and ergonomics
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems such as motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulics.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, control panels, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Automation and Control Systems: Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, and automated machinery.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Problem-Solving capability: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Efficiently prioritizing and completing maintenance tasks within deadlines.

  • Downtime breakdowns & preventive
  • Maintenance costs, AM/PM adherence
  • Machine safety compliance
