Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor prepare maintenance plan to performs preventative/corrective maintenance repairs within the assigned area, prioritize work, adjust and assign the team accordingly. Prepare for spare parts required to perform the work. Make sure the employees wear PPE & uniform during the work and workplace meets their needs.
Daily Tasks
Maintenance Supervisor Takes Full Responsibility For
A Diploma Degree in related field as stipulated above under position description.
Candidate Must Have The Following Field Experience Requirements

Daily Tasks
Maintenance Supervisor Takes Full Responsibility For
- Make sure that all related assets inserted correctly in maintenance system.
- Supervises the maintenance and repair of the buildings, villas and other facilities.
- Assist and performs maintenance duties as required.
- Assist in setting up preventive maintenance schedules and data cards.
- Monitoring the manpower during working hours, make a record any activities related and non-related in the works.
- Make a call to his superior for emergency situation and or if need the presence of engineer.
- Provide checklist of equipment subject to repair or to replace.
- Maintain to Clean the equipment used and equipment room.
- Maintains inventory of assigned tools and equipment.
- Performs other job’s related duties as assigned by maintenance in-charge
A Diploma Degree in related field as stipulated above under position description.
Candidate Must Have The Following Field Experience Requirements
- Knows building and equipment maintenance works procedure
- Knows the use of maintenance tools.
- 5 years of experience in the same field. Bilingual (Arabic & English).
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload & time management skills.
- Team work skills and the ability to lead and motivate others
