Maintenance Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Follows all relevant Sales procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in the Sales function to ensure continuity of work.
- Interacts with Sales Executives, Team Leaders and Managers to support their achievement of their sales targets.
- Provides high quality administrative and general support to facilitate a well-organized sales operation and schedule.
- Collates accurate and prompt basic sales information and disseminate to executives and managers as appropriate.
- Records customer data in the appropriate databases and generates reports as requested by more senior staff.
- Completes processing of all invoicing and documentation to meet the requirements of all customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field of sales activity
- 1 year of related experience
