Job Summary
Reporting to the director of operations, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance operations, with a specific focus on CNC machine maintenance and comprehensive facility management

Job Summary
Reporting to the director of operations, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance operations, with a specific focus on CNC machine maintenance and comprehensive facility management
Key Responsibilities
- To lead the maintenance and facility management team to achieve the following:
- Develop specialized maintenance protocols for CNC machinery.
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies and checklists for all equipment.
- Conduct regular calibration and performance diagnostics of CNC machines.
- Manage CNC machine tool life cycle and replacement planning.
- Troubleshoot complex CNC machine technical issues.
- Ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and performance records for CNC equipment.
- Oversee comprehensive facility maintenance across all operational areas.
- Manage building infrastructure, including HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Plumbing, Structural integrity.
- CNC machine maintenance software.
- Facility management tools.
- Predictive maintenance technologies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate major repair and renovation projects through dealing with the contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and company’s safety regulations.
- Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Implement condition monitoring techniques.
- Manage maintenance inventory for both CNC machines and facility equipment.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking and reporting.
- Communicate with local authorities for all facility related matters.
- Adhere to all NOV and country HSE policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications (Academic and Technical)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machine types (milling, turning, grinding), programing and control systems.
- Expertise in precision machining maintenance (certification in CNC machine maintenance preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial facility maintenance (including knowledge of building management systems).
- Familiarity with safety compliance standards (OSHA, ISO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced diagnostic skills for complex machinery.
- Proficiency in: CNC machine maintenance software, Facility management tools, Predictive maintenance technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Requires frequent movement between CNC machine areas and facility zones.
- Physical work involving equipment inspection and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to manufacturing environment.
- Requires use of specialized diagnostic and maintenance tools.
- Work travel to other NOV plants is expected.
- Minimize CNC machine downtime.
- Maintain high equipment reliability.
- Optimize maintenance cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent facility operational standards and compliance with the local regulations.
