Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Magento Techno Functional Specialist to handle and execute Magento-based eCommerce projects. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Merchandising, Content, Design, and Development, to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Magento eCommerce projects with internal teams.

• Oversee project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.

• Act as the focal point of contact between stakeholders and developers.

• Ensure smooth integration of Magento with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

• Define project requirements and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring all milestones and quality testing standards are met.

• Manage post-launch support and optimization.

• Track project performance, analyze results, and report outcomes to key stakeholders.

Skills & Tools:

• Deep understanding of the development cycle, clean code practices, and acceptance criteria.

• Strong background in Magento 2 development, integrations, and customizations.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).

• Expertise in web languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Magento-based eCommerce projects.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
