Bostani is seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Ad Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of various machinery within our production facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality output.

- Operate and monitor assigned machinery, ensuring its safe and efficient running.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report any major malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and production targets are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- A strong understanding of mechanical principles and machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
