Machine Operator

Accountabilities:

1- Operate and maintain the machine to ensure delivering the production plan.

2-Accurate reporting of data (quantity – downtime reason - raw material) via MES.

3-Follow, adhere and update the manufacturing checklists and logs.

4-Follow Standard Operating Procedures (Safety, Basic maintenance, Operation including quality.

tests, change-over, troubleshooting, adjustments/fine tuning).

5- Minimize waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs.

6-Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with PepsiCo Best Practices (add to all Mega JDs’).

7-Assist mechanical / electrical technician during problem solving and preventive maintenance.

8- Perform line start-up, hand-over and shutdown as per SOPs.

9- Preformed the cleaning activities of assigned machine and area as per manufacturing SOPs’.

10- Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards.

11- Conduct basic maintenance of the assigned equipment(s) including continuous monitoring of machine condition, perform minor repairs, and lubricate equipment(s).

12- Conduct on job training to colleagues as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements:

• Technical Diploma
• 0 - 3 years working experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry
• Preferable exposure to TPM
• Computer Literate
• Basic Knowledge of English Language
