Logistics Specialist

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaison with internal and external transport units.
• Responsible for loading and unloading of goods, arrangement of transportation of goods.
• Responsible for the tracking and implementation of the issued goods, timely feedback and solving various problems in the tracking and implementation process.
• Keep targeted stock accuracy rate.
• Be SAP key user (master data maintenance, GR, GI, etc.).
• Improve product warehousing management and distribution management continuously.
• Monitor, verify and optimize logistics cost.
• Cooperate with finance team to do charge write-off and tax refund in advance.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in international trade or Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics service provider coordination or supply chain management; (Low-voltage or high-voltage products are preferred).
• Basic experience on customs broker coordination.
• Adept at WMS, SAP, MS office (extra knowledge of MS D365, Power BI is preferred).
• Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management expertise
• Communication skills and able to take initiative and work effectively both independently and by teamwork.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
