Main Duties:
TO GOLDWIND TEAM
- Ensure the Wind Farm runs in an efficient way
- Support the Project Manager with all the Logistics updates required during the project construction
- Attend all site meetings and planning, to ensure full understanding of the next operation
- Update the erection sequence on weekly basis.
- Keep close communication with the representatives of the owner and sub-contractors, to formulate a reasonable and executable schedule for unloading, transportation, and installation of wind turbines, and track the implementation of the plan, to analyze the deviation If there is any deviation, and push ahead the improvement and evaluate the improvement effects.
- Update the delivery sequence plan for each week and share with the PM and PTCI Manager on a weekly basis.
- Ensure the allocation of equipment and manpower plan (permits, manpower, transportation vehicle, crane and forklift etc.) according to the schedule of unloading, reloading and transportation on site
- Ensure that each hardstand is ready to receive components prior to delivery arriving on site.
- Monitor the storage and maintenance to figure out if there are non-conformity problems, components damage problems. while at late laydown
- Compile the evaluation report for the necessary repairs on components prior to installation
- Monitor the deliveries from Port to Site and always liaise with the transport Company
- Collect all the Delivery Notes for each component delivered, perform a visual inspection of each component together with the transporter Supervisor and record any damage noted thereof.
- Delivery Note is divided into 3 sections. Port - Transport Site Laydown and Transport to Hardstand. Always site at the appropriate delivery point of delivery on site.
- Record all the standing times for each truck on site and state the reason and the duration for the delay.
- Record the arrival, offloading and departures of all trucks
- Supply the transport lifting gear and ensure that the is always fit for use. It must be inspected every 3 months and keep the certificates
- Always ensure that the drivers comply to the Safety requirements and adhere to the site regulations
- Monitor the on-site road condition for any repairs that may be needed.
- Update the erection sequence
- Record the crane arrival times at Hardstand and the building time until it is ready to lift.
- Supply the Installation lifting gear and ensure that the is always fit for use. It must be inspected every 3 months and keep the certificates
- Record all the lifting times, Winded off, Delayed standby times for each WTG separately
- Record the completion time and date for each WTG
- Comply with the HSE requirements of the company, find and report hazards in the process of work, reporting HSE incident in a timely and truthful manner, participate the activities organized by department and GWI HSE.
