Role and Responsibility:

• Update Sales Order in SAP upon receiving of goods - MIGO Posting, check sales order fulfillment.
• Update sales order when goods are ready for dispatch; requesting release approvals for delivery.
• Customs Clearance by 3PL - Ensure timely customs clearance is done and all documents are available at E+H
• Delivery Planning and coordination with Logistic Service provider for receiving shipments and delivery activities.
• Ensure to obtain daily /weekly reports from the 3PL provider on deliveries and stock movements.
• Escalated reporting to Supply Chain Team Lead and Logistics & Supply Chain Manager required on orders released but on HOLD.
• Attend to customer queries on delivery schedules and make sure that the appropriate feedback is given to customer.
  
  

Qualification + Profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to high-quality work and integrity.
• Good MS Office tools and operational systems understanding.
• Experience in GP, SAP, and outlook appreciated.
