A Day in the Life
As an Intern, you will support the Medtronic Saudi Arabia Supply Chain & Logistics team in day-to-day operations across warehousing, transportation, order management, and compliance. The role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end logistics processes, SAP transactions, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with Customer Service, Finance, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
- Start date: February 2026
- Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Working model: onsite
- Location: Jeddah
1. Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL warehouses
- Support daily inventory checks, storage accuracy, and stock reconciliation
- Support processing of sales orders and deliveries.
- Help coordinate daily truck plans and shipment schedules
- Reverse logistics management
- Monitoring weekly and monthly logistics KPIs
- Working on dashboards or Excel trackers for operational performance
- Bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Background in supply chain or participation in logistics-related projects
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
