- Knowledge and proficiency in handling customs documentation and portals
- Prepare and provide documentation related to shipping like certificate of origin, AWB, CO, SABER
- Book cargo with freight forwarders, follow up for pick up, proof of delivery
- Handling all necessary import and export duties with customs and forwarding agencies
- Negotiate freight rates with service providers and ensure optimized routes for delivery
- Provide support to warehouse documentation and procurement as required
- Liaise with sales, customer service and finance team for freight charges, documentation, quotes
- Analyse and improve current process within logistics with regards to improving customer experience
- Review and prepare the L/C, prepare docs under LC terms
- Bachelor’s Degree within relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations
- Good understanding of Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation, LCs, Knowledge of INCO terms
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong sense of time management
