Logistics Advisor (H/F) - AIRBUS HELICOPTERS ARABIA FOR AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE

Job Description: The Logistics Advisor will advise and orient the Customer, within the Customer contract’s specificities, according to Airbus Helicopters’ Best Practices on logistics activities (i.e., the supply of aircrafts parts and services, parts replacements, unserviceable return). The Logistics Advisor also supports in monitoring of the KPIs, PBH and warranty, as applicable. List of Responsibilities:

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Coordinate with AHA front office to ensure on time deliveries
• Liaise with operational and other logistic activities to determine projected requirements and to provide specialist input for logistics planning
• Monitor logistics performance with respect to deliverables items and contractual requirements
• Investigate and expedite logistics issues that affect fleet availability
• Provide advice and direction to customer staff on all functional supply base aspects
• Advise Customer on logistic activities to ensure operational readiness of their helicopters
• Communicate with Customer logistics team
• Respond to Customer queries in collaboration with AHA technical experts
• Train Customer on Airbus World processes (including PBH, Warranty as required)
• Train Customer on the Airbus Helicopters Best Practices (including Import, Export and Warehousing as required)
• Conduct and supervise logistics on-job-training for Customer personnel'
• Provide monthly status update via reports to AHA Management
• Provide KPI updates to the Customer Logistics Manager
• Apply continuous improvement approach to all logistic activities
• Other duties as assigned
