Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Agreement Monitoring Management
- Execute and monitor Localization of Industry and Knowledge Transfer (LIKT) Agreements to ensure contractual obligations achieved.
- Review the modification of contracts as per new requirements or terminate them as needed to ensure that all contracts are modified per requirements
- Update of supplier assessment reports to share with LCGPA’s senior leadership and other related stakeholders on supplier capabilities and performance.
- Coordinate with various government entities, suppliers and the private sector regarding commitment of implementing the terms of and localization of industry & knowledge transfer agreements.
- Maintain partnerships at all levels with the suppliers to emphasize collaboration and set clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency
- Communicate and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure all LCGPA requirements are met.
- Develop of supplier progress reports to update LCGPA’s senior leadership and other related stakeholders on the status of supplier delivery and the impact on LCGPA’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
- Perform any other related tasks and duties as directed.
