How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support all local content initiatives across the business unit, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Implement localization strategies to meet upcoming local content obligations.
- Monitor and report on the implementation plan to ensure minimum committed scores are achieved.
- Facilitate collaboration with HR, SCM, and Manufacturing to enhance training and local sourcing efforts.
- Support the evaluation of annual performance and provide recommendations for rewards or penalties.
- Support localization projects from concept to implementation, engage with government entities and stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
- Experience in a multinational, multicultural environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in risk assessment, process development, data collection, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication skills and command of English.
