Job Description

We are pursuing a highly motivated sales professional to join our Western Region (Saudi & Bahrain) sales team. You will sell, promote, and manage Emerson Final Control (Valves) Life Cycle Services business in Saudi and Bahrain.

This position reports to Flow Controls Sales Director for the West Region. Primary focus for this job is to develop, Maintain and Manage Valve Life Cycle Services (Service and Repair) business sales with all our customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Meet or Exceed Annual Service Sales business goals and targets for the Saudi Arabia/ Bahrain LCS Valve repair business including Flow Controls, Pressure Management & Isolation valves.
  • Establish and develop high level positive relationships with leaders and at all levels, majorly at Turn Around, Maintenance and Operations Departments.
  • Leverage existing and develop new relationships with key executive decision-makers to optimally position Final Controls Services as No Equal or the preferred service solutions provider.
  • Target all STO (Shutdown and Turnover) of all customers across Saudi and Bahrain to apply our Life Cycle Service repair business. Have a database of STO schedule and their STO execution plan for all end-user sites
  • Understand the market requirements for LCS and set strategies for LCS business sales growth
  • Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, and competitor intelligence.
  • Meet and Report LCS sales POR Target on monthly basis
  • Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Divisions and improve pull-through content
  • Ensure Business Unit plans, and key initiatives are consistent with LCS plans and are implemented in a timely professional manner. Assimilate BU personnel’s support as and when needed to support the key sites.
  • Drive KOB3 opportunities throughout the accounts covered by acting as “trusted advisor” to customers by offering solutions to customer problems
  • Establish/Update and Make new long-term agreements for services and turnarounds for day-to-day maintenance and Turnarounds with our critical customers like Saudi Aramco/SABIC/SEC etc.,
  • Develop a true business partnership with the assigned customers. Elevate ourselves as a trusted partner to major end-users like Aramco, JVs, Maaden and Sabic
  • Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Graduate Engineer with Degree level in field like Mechanical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, Chemical or equivalent.
  • Proven Sales experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft application (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valves & Industry knowledge
  • Strong business skills & commercial awareness
  • Ability to communicate and deliver the business-based value messages

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Valve Repairs/Service Selling/Knowledge in Aramco MSSD and other service contracts in Saudi Arabia will be added advantage.
