Leasing Officer

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Leasing Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The primary role of the Leasing Officer is to manage and oversee all aspects of leasing operations within our real estate portfolio. This position is onsite, and requires a professional with a strong understanding of the leasing market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to potential and existing tenants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive and meet the organization's leasing targets.
• Prepare leasing documents, including agreements, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide tours of properties to potential tenants and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that properties are maintained and meet the necessary legal standards.
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts that arise with tenants in a professional manner.

Requirements for the Role

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leasing role, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
