About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
The Role Of Learning Manager
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Learning Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting into the Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for developing the learning quality and experience on property; delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success.
You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and your goal is to support our talented people by curating an impactful mix of learning needs analysis, design and delivery.
Responsibilities will include identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction, promoting a continuous learning culture, partnering with stakeholders to ensure leadership skills are developed, ensuring new employees are given the knowledge and skills to be successful, supporting the planning committee in assisting them to conduct management development programs and blended learning programs for their teams, analyzing potential service gaps, and evaluating the effect of training programs and initiatives
Our Ideal Learning Manager Candidate will Have
Hotel operations experience along with experience in a Learning and Development leadership role, and a passion for people and talent development; helping people learn and reach their full potential.
You will be a Business Partner, have excellent interpersonal, relationship building and training delivery skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, an eye for detail, be an employee champion and have a special talent for promoting a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals who have a passion for people, talent management, and learning! Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
