Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tamheer trainee position in the Learning and Development department at Bin-Shihon Group, located in Jeddah. The trainee will support the team in activities related to Training & Development, Learning Management, and Communication, as well as assist in preparing training materials and coordinating programs on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality

• Not registered in GOSI during the last 6 months – Tamheer eligibility

• Basic knowledge in Learning & Development / Human Resources

• Good command of the English language

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
