Riyadh Cement Plant Company is seeking a passionate and skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful learning programs, and supporting the continuous development of our workforce in an industrial environment. This role is key to building capabilities that drive performance and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in Learning & Development, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Hands-on experience with training needs analysis, program design, and delivery.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and compliance requirements (e.g., QIWA, HRDF).

Ability to measure training effectiveness and link learning to business outcomes.
