Lead Landscape Architect

• Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions, site works and effective implementation are all in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.

• Attend and/or chair the discipline related technical, operational and supply chain meetings as appropriate.
• Coordinate the communications with the Corporate CoE Department regarding technical issues and queries.
• Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted site methodology and inspection document reviews (MS, ITP, RA, IR, MIR, SAT, etc.), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
• Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted supply chain document reviews (PQ, MAS, FAT), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
• Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted technical document reviews (shop and as-built), including review of the comments presented by the discipline team members.
• Prepare operational related correspondence for RE / PD review.
• Prepare technical and supply chain related correspondence for RE review.
• Present review comments to RE / PD for further evaluation and endorsement to present back to the Contractor.
• Receive site methodology, inspection and supply chain documents (from routing) and distribute as appropriate amongst the Discipline Team members.
• Receive technical documents (from routing) and distribute as appropriate amongst the Discipline Team members.
• Review and verify Submittals / Transmittals against contract requirements and project specifications.
• Review the technical and operational specification and provide awareness to their discipline team members.
• Review the technical specification and provide awareness to their discipline team members.
• Provide technical support to the related discipline Site Inspection Teams for operations and materials.

• Above 15 years or as required by related supervision agreement.
• Experience having worked in Landscaping projects with reputable Engineering Firms preferably consulting firms.

• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.

• Additional training courses, professional and personal development with membership to professional groups, societies or institutes, desired.
• Chartered membership with the RIBA or equivalent an advantage. CMLI for Landscape Architects.

• Knowledge of related latest software.
• Ability to supervise site works and manange effective execution.
• Effective coordination skills and team management.
• Relationship builder in liaising with the Client.
• Providing management update and reports.
• Excellent communications across teams.
• Detail minded, works in a thorough systematic way to meet project timelines and quality standards.
