Job Purpose
The Lead BUs Strategy & Growth Auditor is responsible for managing the development and execution of a comprehensive audit plan that aligns with the organization’s business and audit strategies. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to identify key business, functional, and risk areas to ensure effective internal controls and compliance with professional auditing standards.
Job Responsibility
The auditor formulates project plans and budgets for various audit engagements, develops and presents proposals for new internal audit standards, and monitors team performance to maintain established performance standards. Additionally, the role includes recommending internal audit guidelines for new business systems, reviewing team outputs for clarity and relevance, delivering completed audits and reports to stakeholders, and following up on corrective actions. This position also requires managing interactions with key management staff and coordinating with external auditors to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and alignment with best practices.
