  • Inspect work on-site regularly to identify any issues or deviations from plans and rectify them in coordination with the project team.
  • Ensure all materials used for architectural work meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

  • Attend regular project meetings to discuss the progress of architectural work, resolve challenges, and update the team on any schedule adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, such as structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and special systems, to ensure smooth integration of architectural components with other systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to architectural construction, such as design discrepancies, material issues, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Work with the design and project management teams to find effective solutions, ensuring minimal delays and cost overruns.
  • Address any technical concerns related to the design implementation and provide practical, timely solutions.
  • Ensure that all architectural work on-site adheres to safety standards and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety by conducting regular safety inspections, briefings, and ensuring workers follow proper safety protocols.
  • Report any safety hazards or non-compliance to the appropriate authorities and take corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of on-site activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports related to architectural work, detailing milestones, challenges, and any changes to the scope of work.
  • Ensure that as-built drawings are created and updated as the project progresses, reflecting any changes made during construction.
  • Mentor junior field engineers and architectural staff, providing guidance on construction techniques, quality control, and safety practices.
  • Ensure that team members are trained on relevant construction standards, project documentation, and technical specifications.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in project management or construction management are a plus.
  • Experience with architectural elements such as finishes, interior design, cladding, glazing, and space planning.
