We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect with over 15 years of professional experience to provide strategic design guidance and technical problem-solving for a major development project in Riyadh. The role involves conducting high-level design reviews, offering technical analysis, and supporting the design team and consultants with expert input throughout the project lifecycle. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong architectural foundation, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex design challenges across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural leadership and design oversight across all project phases.
  • Conduct high-level design reviews to ensure alignment with project vision, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Offer technical analysis and problem-solving support to internal teams and external consultants.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize solutions.
  • Ensure design integrity and consistency across all workstreams.
  • Support the development of design strategies, guidelines, and frameworks.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve technical queries.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture and design leadership.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to solve design challenges effectively.
  • Experience in high-level design review and governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree or professional accreditation preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with regional design standards and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
