Role Overview: The Lawyer will provide legal counsel, represent clients in legal proceedings, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, strong research skills, and the ability to deliver strategic legal advice. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.

• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft briefs, and prepare legal documents.

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Manage and analyze case files, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support complex legal issues.

• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal procedures in relevant practice areas.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law to support arguments.
• Experience with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and MS Office Suite.
• Precision in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.
• 3+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer
• Strong background in legal writing and case management.
