Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Laundry Quality Control Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect laundry processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on laundered items to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
• Train and supervise laundry staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Identify and address any issues or defects in laundry processes and products.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and findings.
• Collaborate with the camp management team to ensure seamless laundry operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the laundry facility.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
• Provide regular reports on laundry quality performance and suggest improvements.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in laundry services or quality control is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laundry quality control or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to laundry operations.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a camp or large-scale project environment.
• Certification in quality control or laundry services.
