Parsons is now hiring Design Engineer (Water) with a desire to work on projects that change the fabric of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure design of PW, SW, IRR-main networks
- Infrastructure design of Transmission lines
- Hydraulic modeling and Surge analysis
- BIM modeling knowledge
- Preparation of engineering reports (Design Basis, Conceptual, Design Development, and Detailed Design) including calculations, specifications, and BOQ
- Knowledge of local (NWC, RC, MODON, Aramco) and international standards (AWWA, NFPA, ISO, BS EN)
- Software skills in Autocad or Microstation, WaterGems, HAMMER, Civil 3D
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of related work experience
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate may be required
- Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering
