Role Overview: Landscape Inspector
As a Landscape Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of landscape works on-site, ensuring that all activities align with project specifications, environmental standards, and design intent. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and sustainability of the green infrastructure being developed.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and monitor landscape construction activities, including planting, irrigation, and soil preparation.
Ensure compliance with approved landscape designs, specifications, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues and ensure timely progress.
Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, site activities, and non-conformance reports.
Support the testing and commissioning of irrigation systems and other landscape elements.
Promote adherence to safety and environmental standards on-site.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
Diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Nationality: Saudi Nationals
Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices and plant species suitable for arid climates.
Familiarity with irrigation systems and sustainable landscaping techniques.
Good communication and reporting skills.
