Saro Agricultural is looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping and garden maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in landscape installation, plant care, fertilization, pest control, and garden maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage landscape crews on-site.
• Oversee all aspects of landscape installation, from grading to planting.
• Conduct and monitor regular garden maintenance, including pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
• Ensure the health and visual appeal of plants, trees, and turf.
• Read and implement landscape plans accurately.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and machinery.
• Train crew members and monitor quality of work.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in landscaping, garden maintenance, and plant care.
• Strong knowledge of fertilization programs and pest/disease management.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and planting techniques.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license.
