Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management, Data Security and Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Network Management and DDI Automation, Password Safe, and CTS File Storage and Board Management System. As an L1 Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management, Data Security and Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Network Management and DDI Automation, Password Safe, and CTS File Storage and Board Management System. As an L1 Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for clients, addressing and resolving technical issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) using tools such as Sailpoint and Microsoft IAM solutions.
- Implement and support Data Security and Cloud Security solutions using Forcepoint and Seclore.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and management using Tenable.
- Manage and automate network and DDI (Domain Name System, DHCP, and IP Address Management) tasks using Efficient IP.
- Administer and maintain Password Safe systems with Beyond Trust.
- Provide support for CTS File Storage and Board Management Systems.
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools such as Sailpoint or Microsoft.
- Knowledge of Data Security and Cloud Security solutions, including Forcepoint or Seclore.
- Experience with Vulnerability Management tools, particularly Tenable.
- Familiarity with Network Management and DDI Automation using Efficient IP.
- Competence in administering Password Safe systems with Beyond Trust.
- Understanding of CTS File Storage and Board Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience in a technical support role or related position.
- Relevant certifications in IAM, Data Security, Cloud Security, or Network Management are a plus.
