المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
  • مطلوب اخصائي عمليات عقارية للعمل لدى مؤسسة عقارية مرخصة تعمل في مجال العقارات وكل ما يخصها من انشاء العقود واصدار الفواتير ورفع المحاضر والربط مع الجهات ذات العلاقة

    • الشروط والمهارات:
    • مؤهل جامعي بتخصص ادارة اعمال او تقنية حاسب آلي او هندسة مدنية
    • اجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرنامج الاكسل
    • القدرة على التعامل مع المنصات الحكومية والبرامج المحاسبية وصياغة الخطابات وتنظيم ورفع القرارات

    اللغات المطلوبة للوظيفة:
    • الإنجليزية-ممتاز

    نوع الوظيفة:
    • دوام كامل

    نطاق الراتب: 4,000 ريال سعودي
