إعداد وتطبيق دليل جودة شامل (Quality Manual) يغطي
استلام وفحص المواد الخام.
تتبع الإنتاج (الترقيم، التتبع، الفرز).
آلية النقل من المصنع للفروع (درجة الحرارة، الوقت).
شروط التخزين داخل الفروع (درجات حرارة مناسبة).
التحكم في المخزون (Batch Control – FIFO).
إدارة المنتجات القريبة أو منتهية الصلاحية.
تعليمات النظافة والسلامة في المصنع والفروع.
اقتراح وتطبيق نظام جودة دولي:
بدءًا بـ IFS Food كمرحلة أولى.
التوسع لاحقًا نحو ISO 22000 أو BRC حسب التوسع والاحتياج.
إعداد وتوثيق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)
لكل خطوة من خطوات الإنتاج والتخزين والنقل والعرض.
تدريب ومتابعة:
تدريب العاملين في المصنع والفروع على تطبيق النظام.
تنفيذ المراجعات الداخلية الدورية (Internal Audits).
متابعة حالات عدم المطابقة ووضع الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
