As a Key Account Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will be centered around managing strategically important accounts within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors. You will develop account plans in collaboration with management, identify key stakeholders, and maintain a customer-focused network to drive business opportunities. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey and contributing to the development of tailored after-sales services, all while fostering strong relationships even in the absence of immediate project opportunities.

- Manage strategically important accounts and develop account development plans.
- Identify key stakeholders and maintain a customer-focused network.
- Leverage customer needs to identify business opportunities within Siemens Energy’s portfolio.
- Grow the share of wallet for the entire Siemens Energy portfolio.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey and beyond.
- Contribute to the development of after-sales services tailored to customer needs.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors, with a focus on sales, business development, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive agendas across the organization.
- Strong skills in identifying customer requirements and mapping them to Siemens Energy’s offerings.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
