We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Central Region, MOH) to drive sales growth and expand our footprint within the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH). This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, results-driven professional to make a real impact on healthcare by bringing Cepheid’s groundbreaking diagnostic solutions to hospitals and laboratories across the Central region.
Your Impact
Lead Cepheid’s growth in MOH hospitals & laboratories – Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand our market presence in key institutions.
Secure funding & drive business success – Map key stakeholders and advocate for Cepheid’s technology in funding discussions.
Partner with Territory Managers & Clinical Solutions Team – Collaborate to increase sales funnel, drive revenue growth, and expand menu utilization.
Build strong KOL relationships – Position Cepheid as a trusted partner by engaging key opinion leaders and decision-makers in MOH facilities.
Negotiate complex deals – Ensure customer success and profitability while navigating Saudi MOH regulations and procurement processes.
Be a thought leader – Stay ahead of healthcare market trends & policy developments to drive innovation and adapt strategies accordingly.
Ensure seamless operations – Oversee shipments and deliveries, ensuring Cepheid products reach MOH hospitals efficiently.
What You Bring
Education & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences (Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus).
Experience: 4+ years in IVD sales, key account management, or healthcare sales, with a strong track record of winning deals & driving menu expansion at MOH or large multi-site institutions.
Strategic Acumen: Deep knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system, including MOH processes, procurement, and regulations.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to translate customer needs into innovative, win-win solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with lab managers, clinicians, hospital administrators, and NUPCO officials.
High Learning Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering results while navigating complex challenges.
Ethical & Collaborative: A team player with high integrity, operating seamlessly in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
Language & Travel: Native (or equivalent) Arabic proficiency and strong English skills. Up to 70% travel within the Central Region, with occasional international travel.
