Role Overview:

As Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business to top-tier retailers, owning relationships, driving growth, and shaping the company’s footprint in both offline and online channels. You’ll lead negotiations, craft joint business plans, and inspire a team to deliver market-leading execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with key retail accounts across Saudi Arabia.
- Lead contract negotiations and business development agreements that fuel mutual growth.
- Develop and execute joint business plans covering promotions, launches, and in-store visibility.
- Guide and motivate field teams, Sales Reps and Merchandisers to deliver flawless execution.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and KPI achievement across all accounts.
- Elevate brand presence through smart pricing, strong availability, and impactful shelf visibility.
- Manage payment cycles and optimize cash flow for long-term financial health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial goals with supply chain, finance, and marketing.
Your Profile:
- A results-driven FMCG professional with 6+ years of experience in Key Account Management.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A natural leader who can inspire teams and build lasting customer relationships.
- Strategic and analytical, with a strong grasp of forecasting, performance metrics, and retail dynamics.
- Experienced in both offline and online retail channels, with a passion for consumer engagement.
- Ready to take ownership, drive impact, and grow into a future commercial leader.
