Job Purpose
Overall Sales activities to manage the Lucy Electric overall business with SEC throughout Saudi Arabia.
Job Context
The role will be based in Saudi. Visits to all the regions that you are responsible for would be required.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service provided by LSA management team and by the Sales Department.
Job Dimensions
Meet Sales Targets for the LE business.
Key Accountabilities
These will include:
SEC Sales Management – ensure SEC account achieves its monthly/annual sales targets - Measured Monthly against SIOP target
Create, formulate, and follow dedicated and focused business plans for existing, emerging and new potential in SEC and develop and execute these in line with 5-year MTP under the guidance of the Sales Director - Yearly review by comparing MTP with year closing
Key Account Management: Manage all aspect of LE with SEC - Measured Monthly By delivery on time, after sales orders, on time payment, no pending case with technical Dep.
Identify and develop new markets for Lucy products and services Forecast quarterly and annual profits within SEC account. - Yearly review by achievement figures
Partner Management: Actively develop, manage and measure performance of existing contacts in SEC - Part of the account management
Marketing - assist in selecting proper marketing tool to develop our business with SEC - Yearly review by partner feedback
Management - manage administrative office staff to allow focus on sales and business development for SEC - Part of the account management
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product; surveying SEC needs and trends; tracking competitors. - Part of the account management
Actively contribute to the direction of the business as a member of the Sales team of LSA. - Yearly review by achievement figures in industrial market & added value

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
- Self-driven individual with business acumen.
