Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company, a leading name in the Saudi Arabian construction and contracting industry, is looking for a Junior Specialist, Recruitment to join our dynamic HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process for various positions within the company.
• Manage end-to-end hiring activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
• Handle offboarding and exit interviews in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment within construction companies, ideally with experience in hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
