Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Saudi Arabia, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new properties, landlords and local authority areas
  • Negotiate with owner and/or landlords
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Economics or Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
