Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Project Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a new and exciting project working in a PMO on a large scale industrial project.
What You'll Be Doing
- May assist the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of the project
- Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client.
- Prepares technical reports and documentation of site activity for the client and management.
- Prepares and distributes meeting minutes
- Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines
- Prepares project trackers for RFIs, Drawing submissions and approval, Work Inspections, NCRs and other project records
- Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Conducts site inspections, factory visits and prepares reports on the same
- Prepares project presentations as required by the project team.
- Civil Engineering Degree qualified with at least 2 years experience
- Computer skills
- Letter writing skills
- Report writing skills
- PowerPoint presentation
- Primavera training
- Familiar with PMIS and EDMS systems
