Project Leadership & Delivery

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Plan, execute, and deliver the on-premises to cloud migration project according to defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and drive cross-functional technical teams to achieve project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed and met.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, vendors, and business users.
- Own the financial tracking and expense approvals for the project, ensuring spend is aligned with budgets.
- Approve and publish the monthly POR (Project Operating Report) for leadership visibility.
- Provide timely status updates, financial forecasts, and reports to management and clients.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent project communications across all levels of the organization.
- Present project health, key risks, and progress during regular management and stakeholder reviews.
- Maintain daily calls with client to show progress.
- Maintain weekly project report and monthly project report for client and internal Management.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, change requests, and closure reports.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises infrastructure platforms.
- Proven experience in budget tracking, financial reporting, and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or AWS/Azure Cloud certifications are a plus.
