IT Support Specialist

One of JobIn Clients is Hiring for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide hands-on technical support for users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and VoIP systems
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS) and business applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory, Office 365, and other platforms
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
• Support users both on-site and remotely via remote desktop tools
• Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), patch panel management, and cabling when required
Skills- Strong understanding of Windows OS, macOS, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Experience with Active Directory, network printers, and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Familiarity with antivirus solutions, VPNs, and remote access tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Experience supporting cloud services, email platforms, and endpoint security tools
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified (MCP/MCSA), ITIL Foundation, or Cisco CCNA
- Previous experience in corporate IT environments or MSPs (Managed Service Providers)
